Maintenance and Support
We offer support to a wide-range of companies across
the South East of England. Most of our clients are referred by
positive words of existing customers. That's because we offer
a full range of IT solutions, which often stems to support.
We visit client sites to assist in technical difficulties
and can even set up remote software to allow us to resolve the
problem from our offices. We also have a trained, friendly support
team on the other end of a telephone, email or messaging service.
We can perform routine maintenance, machine upgrades,
PC repair, supply new equipment and give general advice on IT
strategies and all areas of computing.
All of our support is available on a per-visit/job
basis or as a lump-sum yearly maintenance fee at a reasonable
price. We aim to resolve all support queries well within the details
